Planning ahead is easy. Here’s how to secure your spot before you hit the road:

Booking a Reservation:

• Search: Find parking by location, date and time in the Metropolis app or with the search function on this page.

• Browse: Compare available spots and pricing on the map or list view.

• Confirm: Select your space and time, confirm details and enter your vehicle and payment information at checkout. We can save it securely for your next trip.

• Verify: We’ll immediately send a confirmation email with your reservation details.

Managing Your Reservations:

• View upcoming and past reservations in the “Reservations” section of your account.

• Modify or cancel your reservation before it starts, right from the app or website.

• If you modify your reservation and lock in a different price, you'll only be charged or refunded the difference.

• Cancel before your reservation starts for a full refund.

• We'll send notifications to confirm your reservation, remind you before it expires and flag any changes.

When you arrive:

• Park: Your reservation automatically activates in the app when it's time to park.

• Extend: Need more time? Easily extend your reservation from the active visit view. We'll remind you 15 minutes before your time expires to make sure you’re covered.

The Metropolis iOS app offers the smoothest experience, but it isn’t required. You can manage parking and reservations via the mobile or desktop web app at app.metropolis.io. 

You can modify or cancel your reservation through the app or web app.

• Up until your reservation starts: Cancel for a full refund or modify the duration and we’ll adjust the price accordingly.

• Once your reservation starts: The only modification available is an extension.
