According to Jennifer Pysher, Assistant Aviation Director at SAT, the transition moved SAT "light years ahead” of competition.
With access to real-time data and customer visibility, the SAT team can now adjust pricing accordingly, track customer behavior and drive growth through a modern, digital-first product.
By transitioning to Metropolis’ Recognition Platform, SAT moved beyond the status quo to create a truly responsive environment and measurable impact with a $67 million projected increase in revenue over the next decade and an industry-leading Net Promoter Score of 60 — a level of satisfaction rarely seen in the industry.
“The new technology has really enhanced our customer experience tremendously, and the speed of transaction has been great,” says Pysher. “[Members] can sign up on the app. They can make reservations and they can have a seamless entry and exit — so we've given our customers back their time. It's convenient and it's simple for them, and we've gotten very positive feedback.”
