Park & Play gives local musicians $5 flat-rate parking at select Metropolis Locations around Austin. Load in, play the gig and get home without circling the block, breaking the bank or dealing with parking tickets.

We’re here to help you get to your next gig, stress-free.
Drive in
Drive in to your assigned garage, and start a live parking session immediately via app.metropolis.io on your mobile browser.
Validate
Scan the venue-provided QR code using your smartphone to apply the discount and validate your live active session.
Drive out
After your gig, simply drive out. Payment is automatic when you exit and we’ll text your receipt.

When you return, to unlock it with an active parking visit, simply scan the QR code on the door's sign with your phone's camera to unlock it. Hotel Indigo has made special accommodations to allow for musician parking, please be respectful of their rules.

Questions about parking in Austin?

Drive into the garage (assigned by the music venue where you are performing) and scan signage or start a live parking session immediately via app.metropolis.io on your mobile browser.
Head to your gig and check in with the venue manager to request the exclusive artist validation QR code at the participating music venues (see map above).
Scan the provided QR code using your smartphone camera to apply the discount and validate your live active session.
After your show, just drive out — no paper ticket, kiosk scan or payment queue required.

Make sure to start your parking session when you park. We recommend scanning your validation QR code as soon as you arrive at the venue — just ask the venue manager for the QR code.

Just scan the validation QR code with your phone camera, or right from the Metropolis app.

Adding your vehicle is simple, just follow these steps:
Log in to your Metropolis account with your phone number
Tap the menu icon (the three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner
Select "Vehicles"
Choose "Add Vehicle"
Select either "Rental" or "Daily Vehicle"
Enter your license plate number and state
Tap "Connect," and you're ready to roll

If you were charged for a parking session that should have been covered by the Park & Play program, don't sweat it. Just reach out to Park & Play Metropolis Support, and we'll get it sorted out for you.

No. The program covers parking while musicians are performing. It isn't meant for overnight parking or stays over 12 hours.

No. Our locations take vans and other smaller vehicles. Touring buses are unable to be accommodated.
